 A little about Thrills & Skills Cycling Co.

We are a dynamic energetic company that was created to bring the amazing sport of cycling to better as many lives as we can. Our vision is by 2026 to have helped over 10,000 people across North America gain the essential skills and tactics of cycling, while providing unparalleled riding experiences in a positive and fun environment. We are located at the heart of Vancouver Island in Nanaimo, BC where the trails flow and the natural beauty is everywhere.

 

We offer several kids camps and sessions including Traffic Safety (Hosted by Local Municipalities), Mountain bike skills, private lessons etc. as well a variety of adult and youth group or individual camps and sessions. For more info see the programs page, check it out!

 

This year we are bringing some new Guided Rides Touring the Transcanada Trail from Nanaimo to Victoria as well as Guided Mountain Bike Rides on local trails.

COVID-19 INFO

We are moving to Step 3 and running on a limited capacity currently.

We are updating our protocols to protect everyone as per the Provincial Health and Provincial Sport Organizations recommendations.

See below for new sport guidelines.

The move to Step 3 means several changes for sport including,

  • No limits on the number of participants, coaches, volunteers, staff and officials for outdoor and indoor sport
  • Physical distancing is not required on or off the field of play for indoor and outdoor sport
  • Masks are not required on or off the field of play for outdoor sport. For indoor sport, masks are not required on the field of play but are recommended off the field of play for ages 12+ who are not yet double vaccinated.
  • Canada-wide travel is allowed. International travel must follow federal regulations.
  • Spectators are allowed, with limits for seated events indoors and outdoors.
  • Sport organizations are no longer required to have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and are now recommended to have a Communicable Disease Prevention Plan as per WorkSafe BC
